This situation leads to many people not wanting to participate actively in the society around them.
The identification of this problem in most European countries, where young people don’t do sports and are very careless with food, has determined to initiate this project that aims to promote among young people the importance of carrying out a healthy lifestyle and, at the same time, look for means that are attractive to them like videos and apps to promote this message.
